Farmington Hills Tournaments

Farmington Hills runs a tournament once a month, usually at the beginning or middle of the month. The entry fee is usually around 15 dollars.
The tournament is divided into 2 sets of round robin groups. The first set of round robins groups is preliminary and it's used to place you into a division. The first set of round robin groups usually consist of 4-5 people. Depending on your performance in the first round robin group, you will then be placed in a second round robin group. Sometimes there are 5 groups, and sometimes there are only 2. These groups will usually consist of about 7+ people. The first group, or division A will give prize money for the top finishers and the rest of the groups will only give prize money to the first place finisher.
We usually leave early in the morning and get back around 8pm. Usually, there will be an optional team dinner after the tournament in East Lansing. You should not play in the tournament if you don't plan on staying for the entire tournament.
